  • Are pets allowed?
    Only service animals, per Neal S. Blaisdell rules.
  • How much is admission?
    $8 for adults, kids 16 and under are free with a paid adult. Tickets are valid for one entry each day of the show.
  • Can you buy tickets before the show?
    Yes. You can purchase tickets online. Online ticket sales will begin July 15 at 10 a.m. on TicketMaster. All tickets are valid for all three days of the show.
  • Is there a senior discount?
    Seniors get a $2 discount on Senior Sunday. Seniors discount applies to anyone over the age of 65, with valid ID and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Are there other discounts available?
    Beyond the Senior Day discount, we offer a $2 discount for those who sign up for the BIA BIG Show Newsletter and fill out a survey. Click here for the survey, tickets will be available for online purchase July 15 via TicketMaster.
  • Where can I buy tickets?
    Purchase tickets in advance online starting January 10th via TicketMaster. You may also purchase tickets onsite at the Box Office the day the show opens.
  • Is there food and drink available for purchase at the show?
    The Neal S. Blaisdell Concession stand is open every day of the show. Here is the event center’s policy on outside food. Here’s where you can grab a bite in the area: HANA KOA BREWING COMPANY, YANAGI SUSHIBO’S KITCHEN, ALOHA BEER COMPANY, MW RESTAURANT, JACK IN THE BOX, MR TEA CAFE, AUNTIE PASTOS, and ZIPPYS.
  • Are seminars free?
    Seminars are free to attend. Here’s a map of where they are located. Schedule coming soon.
  • Where do I park?
    A two-story public parking structure is locate at the gate entrance off of S King St. and Victoria St. (777 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814). Parking is $8/day. There’s no valet parking. More parking information here.
  • What is the bag policy?
    Per Neal S. Blaisdell policy: No large packages, bags, knapsacks or backpacks allowed unless they arrive empty for the purchase of goods on site. Exceptions are for Diaper bags, small ladies handbags and bags that contain blankets for use on the Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell lawn. (One per person & subject to search).
  • Are there individual day passes for sale?
    No. All tickets are three-day passes that cover one entrance per day.
  • Where do I get a VIP pass?
    VIP passes are distributed digitally by exhibitors and sponsors. VIP passes are QR codes that can be used either digitally or printed. Present the QR code at the door in the VIP line.
